| NEW SCOUTS These are first- to fourth-grade boys who are joining Cub Scouts for the first time. The fee covers dues and Boys' Life magazine from Sept. to March. $65 RETURNING SCOUTS (Second thru Fourth Graders) These Scouts are already registered and members of a Den. Boys' Life is being received. Includes Handbook. $60 RETURNING WEBELOS 2 (Fifth Graders) These fifth-graders will complete the year early, and will be crossing over to Boy Scouts in February. $10 |
